Will Jackson, owner of Gladiator Gunz, is a great instructor with a passion for teaching us.

Where were you born? Alexandria VA.

When were you introduced to firearms? Growing up there were guns everywhere in my neighborhood and friends so my exposure was not planned.

How long have you been training with guns? I have been training for 26 years formally between the military, DOD, and private sector.

What is it about firearms that you like? I like the empowerment of people that didn’t realize their rights, but also to see the growth of students.

Favorite Guns? AR-15, Glock, Staccato

What unique about your training program? Our program is unique because we make everything applicable to each individual in the class.

What are your feelings about being an African American trainer and the special challenges and/or opportunities you have to face? It’s definitely different and you have to ensure you are transparent in your training and intent.

Do you have family (spouse, kids) and if so, what are their feelings about firearms and training? My family is well versed in firearms, safety, and medical training.

Do you work Nationwide or locally? We train nationwide, and we will come wherever there is a range and a minimum of 7 paid students.

What are some of your future plans? Our future plans are to expand and start adding more instructors to our roster to diverse backgrounds and experiences. We will also start to offer more specialized training also.
